Vanuatu Programme Officer
Dr Basil Leodoro is the Vanuatu Programme Officer for DAISI. Dr Leodoro is the head surgeon at Northern District Hospital, Luganville, Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu and has voluntarily participated and coordinated a number of DAISI trips to NPH.
