Dr Chris Jones is a GP from The Gold Coast and member of DAISI who volunteered at Gizo hospital, Western Province, Solomon Islands in May/June, 2019. 

Dr Jones is a surf lifesaver and has contributed to a number of overseas deployments to flood disaster zones having volunteered in Bangladesh & Dhaka as part of an international rapid response flood relief service. Dr Jones also volunteered once before in Luganville, Vanuatu in 2015.
