Dr Rooney Jagilly is the Head Surgeon at National Referral Hospital (NRH), who is skilled in most areas of general surgery and endoscopy. Dr Jagilly has been instrumental in establishing a Memorandum of Understanding between DAISI and the Solomon Islands Ministry of Health and Medical Services.
