Dr Laura Edwards is an O&G Registrar from Nepean Hospital who volunteered at Sopas Distict Hospital, in the remote Highlands of PNG in June 2019.
Dr Edwards was actively involved in teaching laparoscopy to local gynaecologists Dr Antonia Kumbia and Dr Charles Mangoekia.
This was the first ever DAISI laparoscopic gynae trip to the remote Highlands of PNG.
