Dr Christy Yeow is a paediatric and adult anaesthetist who works at Redcliffe Hospital, Brisbane who visited the  Solomon Islands in January to volunteer at Gizo hosital with her husband (also an anaesthetist) and a visiting colorectal surgeon and breast endocrine surgeon. Dr Yeow’s expertise with children was put to good use with many paediatric cases performed this trip. Dr Yeow’s next trip was in July 2018 to Northern Provincial Hospital, Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu.[one_whole
