This DAISI volunteer trip to Kilu ‘ufi hospital in the remote Malaita Province, Solomon Islands involved New Zealand general and colorectal surgeon Dr Eva Juhasz and medical student Gabriel Sanchez. They both departed Tuesday 27th February 2018, arriving in Honiara Tuesday 27th Feb at 1:55pm, then departed Honiara 4pm, and arrived Auki airport (Malaita Province) 4:30pm Tuesday 27th Feb 2017. They checked into Auki Lodge. Did surgery all day at Kilu ‘ufi Hospital, Wednesday 28th Feb, Thurs 1st March and Friday 2nd March departing Auki 9:45am Saturday 3rd March 2018. All volunteers got together at Kitano Mendana hotel Saturday night. Depart Honiara Sunday 1:15pm 4th March 2018
