Aimee Ryan is an anaesthetic nurse from North Shore Private Hospital (Sydney) who will volunteer at Sopas Hospital, in the remote highlands of PNG in November 2020 with a visiting DAISI gynaecology surgical team.
During this one week DAISI visit, Aimee will be involved directly, along with a visiting DAISI anaesthetist) in teaching local Anaesthetic Scientific Officers (ASO’s) various aspects of safe general and regional anaesthesia.
Aimee will receive no income paying her whole way herself.
