DAISI prohibits the taking of photos or videos without consent.
All photos or videos taken while volunteering with DAISI must be with the permission of those photographed.
Photographs or videos that include patients must be with their written permission.
Intra-operative photographs or videos of patient’s must have the patient’s written consent, and approval of the hospital’s operating theatre nursing unit manager.
Photos prohibited for publication on the DAISI website are any images taken without consent and any images that depict nakedness or unreasonable exposure of body parts.
