Dr Kelly Dixon is a neonatologist from Brisbane who volunteered for a week at Northern Provincial Hospital (NPH), Luganville, Vanuatu with her husband (an anaesthetist) in July 2018, as part of a general surgery and obstetrics & gynae team.
