Sister Henrietta Jagilly is the head matron, and organises all activities at Gizo hospital. She is integral to the patient flow, and rostering of staff to facilitate this. Henrietta liaises very closely with the volunteering specialists during their visit to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and is a very valuable asset to Gizo hospital.
