This one week DAISI fact-finding trip involved general surgeon Dr Gary McKay and his wife Rose McKay meeting with staff at Northern Provincial Hospital (NPH), Luganville on the Northern Islands on Espirtu Santo (Vanuatu). A memorandum of understanding was proposed, and is currently awaiting signing by the Ministry of Health, with the first planned surgical visit to NPH scheduled for July 2018.
